what are

model digitals?

Whether you're signed or unsigned, having clean, professional digitals (also known as polaroids) is essential for your modeling portfolio. These simple, natural images allow agencies and clients to see your features clearly—with no heavy editing or distractions.

What to Expect

My model digitals package includes two outfit changes, photographed in flattering natural light against a clean backdrop. We’ll capture the key poses agencies look for: headshots, profiles, full-length, and natural movement.

What to Wear

Digitals should highlight you, not your outfit—so stick to solid, form-fitting basics in neutral or muted tones. Avoid logos, prints, or layers that distract from your shape.

  • Women: Most choose a fitted top and jeans or leggings for one look, and a simple bikini or matching set for the second. Footwear should be simple heels—strappy or low kitten heels are ideal.

  • Men: A typical combo is a tank top with jeans, and a shirtless look with jeans for the second outfit. Wear clean sneakers or loafers—no boots or flashy shoes.

No accessories, jewelry, or props, please—digitals should be clean and distraction-free.

Hair, Makeup & Grooming

Keep your look as natural as possible. Models typically come makeup-free to let their natural features and skin texture show. If you prefer a little makeup, keep it extremely minimal—just tinted moisturizer, brow gel, and lip balm at most. Hair should be clean, styled simply, and off the face.

Why Are Model

Digitals Important?

Model digitals are one of the first things agencies and casting directors look at when reviewing potential talent. They showcase your natural appearance like your bone structure, proportions, hair texture, skin, and overall presence—without the styling or retouching of a traditional photoshoot.

Digitals help agencies visualize how you might photograph across different campaigns. Whether you're applying to fashion, commercial, lifestyle, or beauty agencies, having updated digitals gives you a professional edge and shows you're serious about your career. Many agencies request new digitals every few months, especially if your look changes.

Even if you already have a full portfolio, updated model digitals ensure you're representing your current self clearly and professionally.
