Vibes on Logan S6 Kickoff

This past weekend, I had the absolute honor of photographing the Season 6 kickoff of Vibes on Logan in Logan Square and honestly? My heart is still full.

The energy was unreal: sunshine, soulful tracks, and a crowd full of love. It was one of those rare events where every single person felt like part of something bigger. People danced in the street, hugged their friends, and moved through the space with so much joy and intention. I came as the photographer, but I left feeling deeply inspired by the community that showed up and showed out.

Big love to the Vibes on Logan team for making it all happen. especially for bringing in Slo ‘Mo, Chicago’s beloved queer dance party, as the featured guest. Their presence added an extra layer of magic to the event, with their signature blend of R&B, house, disco, and funk creating an unforgettable atmosphere.
